All firms taking part in the Subject Project shall be hereinafter jointly referred to as PARTIES.
Article 1
Objective of the Project :
In the way and on conditions stipulated by this Contract, the PARTIES have agreed to enter into a long-term coproduction arrangement in order to make better use of available capacities, modern achievements in the science, technique, technology and experience gained in production of ________________2). To that end, the following aims are to be accomplished in particular:
- a more intensive participation in International business activities;
- applying modern technology and technique in the process of mass production, accompanied by improvements in quality of products;
- a successful research-development work and mastering new products alternatives together with increase of work efficiency;
- better use of local raw materials, energy and skilled labourforce and work;
