The joint term referred to all participants of this Contract, shall be the PARTIES.
Narrow Purpose of the Contract:
On the basis of the EMPLOYER's available tender and detail engineering design documents, building permits obtained, settled proprietory relations as to the contracted time and for the contracted price, the CONTRACTOR shall undertake the construction of the designed works and in accordance with good practice, provide for the usual guarantees in terms of their stability and maintenance.

The CONTRACTOR shall execute the work using his own, and locally, in site engaged labourforce, his own constructional and other necessary equipment and plant, including construction materials of the quality prescribed by the contract, which the CONTRACTOR shall procure by himself in the market of the country of the EMPLOYER and/or from abroad.
