All companies taking part in the Subject Project shall be hereinafter jointly referred to as the "PARTIES".
Objective of the Agreement:
On the basis of the Tender submitted by the DESIGNER dated ________________________2), which makes an integral part of this Agreement, the CLIENT shall assign the preparation of all the contract and
