For the purpose of this Agreement all the firms involved in the subject arrangement shall be jointly referred to as the "PARTIES".

Whereas in pursuit of realization of purposes and objectives of this Agreement provided for under Article 1 hereof,the PARTIES are investing their technology, in a special plant No.3 within the "BUYER's" firm established for the purpose of carrying on joint venture operations.
