For the purpose of this Agreement all the firms involved in the subject arrangement shall be jointly referred to as the "PARTIES".

Whereas in pursuit of realization of purposes and objectives of this Agreement provided for under Article 1 hereof, the PARTIES, by investing their technology, capital and know-how as stipulated under this Agreement are hereby establishing a special plant for carrying on joint venture operations, hereinafter referred to as the "JV PLANT" within the enterprise ____________________________ (FIRM B), as a part with special rights and duties in legal operations (handling of property investment of foreign and/or domestic person).
Article 1
Purposes and Objectives of the Agreement:
