hereinafter referred to as the "FORWARDER".
For the purpose of this Contract all the firms involved in the arrangement that is subject matter of this Contract shall be jointly referred to as the "PARTIES".
Article 1
Subject Matter of Contract:
The services of freight forwarding to be rendered by the FORWARDER in his own name and on behalf of the CLIENT, in accordance with the CLIENT's specific instructions, such as:
- providing and submitting information on cargo rates for different forms of transport and services in foreign trade arrangements;
- establishing the most favourable route for transport of goods and determining on the most appropriate form of transport;
