hereinafter referred to as the "IMPORTER" on the other side.
All the firms taking part in the subject arrangement shall be jointly referred to as the "PARTIES".
Article 1
Subject Matter of Contract:
In the manner and under conditions stipulated under this Contract the CLIENT assigns the IMPORTER with the right of import of raw material, semi-manufactures, equipment and spare parts required for production at the CLIENT's plant.
