All companies taking part in the Subject Project shall be hereinfter jointly referred to as the "PARTIES".
Article 1.
Subject of the Contract:
Erection, putting into operation, trial run, proving of guarantees and guaranteed performances for the Plant _____________________________1) which the VENDOR shall perform under the control and expert supervision of his personnel, and at the expense of the PURCHASER.
Article 2.
Time of Completion and Trial Run:
