hereinafter referred to as the "AGENT-CONSIGNEE" on the other side.
For the purpose of this Contract all the firms involved in the arrangement which is subject matter of this Contract shall be jointly referred to as "PARTIES".
Article 1
Subject Matter of Contract:
Pursuant to Article ________ of the Agency Contract concluded on ______ (date) in _____________________ (place of signing the Contract) it is the duty of the PRINCIPAL to set up a consignment stock of his products in _______________________ (AGENT - CONSIGNEE'S country) managed by the AGENT-CONSIGNEE, in which the following PRINCIPAL's products shall be sold:

As security for the value of the goods sold at the consignment stock, on the AGENT-CONSIGNEE's order, the PRINCIPAL shall be issued a bank guarantee by a first-class business bank in Yugoslavia within 15 days at the latest upon delivery of the goods to the consignment stock, customs cleared. The aforementioned bank guarantee with the text as per Enclosure No. 1 to this Contract shall be issued to the sum of ______________ (3 and shall be valid for __________________________ (4.
