hereinafter referred to as the "CONTRACTOR", on the one side

hereinafter referred to as the "SUBCONTRACTOR" on the other side.
All the firms taking part in the subject arrangement shall be jointly referred to as the "PARTIES".
Purposes and Objectives:
In order to meet the specified requirements of the foreign investor, hereinafter referred to as the "INVESTOR", and for the purpose of participation in the international tender, the CONTRACTOR has invited the interested local and foreign enterprises to submit their offers of the goods - equipment and services in compliance with the conditions and according to the specification stipulated in the tender. In consideration thereto the CONTRACTOR won the tender and concluded in his name and for his account the contract with the INVESTOR - hereinafter referred to as the "MAIN CONTRACT".
This Agreement stipulates the relations between the CONTRACTOR and other participants in the joint performance of duties pertaining to the subject project abroad, provided for under the MAIN CONTRACT.
