hereinafter referred to as the "CONTRACTOR" on the other side.
All the firms taking part in the subject arrangement shall be jointly referred to as the "PARTIES".
Article 1
Subject of Agreement:
a) Services of contractual control of goods and other services related thereto in foreign trade arrangements, performed by the CONTRACTOR in his own name and for account of the CLIENT by the CLIENT's order and instructions issued in compliance with the provisions of this Agreement, and in particular:
- sample selection - sampling of goods with or without the laboratory tests
- quality control of the goods by using the methods and procedure provided for under the contract or specified in the CLIENT's order, for the purpose of establishing the essential features of the goods and their compliance with the quality and essential features provided for under the contract
- control of the quantities of goods by using the standard methods or the method stipulated in the contract
