All the firms taking part in the subject arrangement shall be jointly referred to as the "PARTIES".
Purposes and Objectives:
In pursuit of improving the international tourism and better presentation of the economic, cultural, historic and civilizational achievements of the countries of both PARTIES, the Main Contract on Cooperation in Tourism has been made.
In consideration thereto and based on the provisions of the Main Contract on Cooperation in Tourism the PARTIES are hereby making this Agreement to stipulate the scope and conditions of the turnover in tourism in the ___________________ (2 year.
